Summary

This study looks at blood samples from 400 people, both with and without HIV, who use or don't use opioids. The goal is to understand how opioids change the body's immune response to the flu vaccine. Researchers will measure antibody levels and immune cell activity to see if opioids make the vaccine less effective.
