Can a daily supplement fight off colds and boost energy?

NCT ID NCT05632341

Summary

This study tested whether a dietary supplement called GCWB1176 could improve immune function in adults. One hundred participants who frequently got colds or felt stressed took either the supplement or a placebo (dummy pill) for eight weeks. Researchers measured immune cell activity, fatigue, and how often people got sick to see if the supplement made a difference.
