NCT ID NCT02569671
First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether placing a dental implant right after pulling a tooth works as well as waiting for the gum to heal first. About 53 adults with a missing front or premolar tooth got either an immediate or delayed implant. The main goal was to check bone levels around the implant after one year.
