New dental implant study aims for Same-Day teeth and better bone health

Summary
This study looks at how well immediate dental implants work in the upper front jaw after tooth extraction. About 50 adults will receive a same-day implant and temporary crown using guided surgery and bone or gum grafts. Researchers will measure bone thickness, healing, and patient satisfaction over five years to see if this approach is safe and effective.
