Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests the drug imetelstat in 30 adults with myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN), a rare blood cancer. The goal is to see if imetelstat can help control the disease and to check for side effects. Participants receive the drug by IV, and the study is not yet recruiting.
