Summary

This small pilot study tests whether Imagery Rescripting, a type of talk therapy that helps people change upsetting mental images, can reduce depression and negative beliefs. Ten adults with major depressive disorder will receive weekly sessions after a waiting period. Researchers will track mood and thinking patterns before, during, and after treatment.
