New immune drug IMA402 targets hard-to-treat cancers in first human trial

Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental drug called IMA402 in about 145 adults with advanced solid tumors that have returned or not responded to standard treatments. IMA402 is a bispecific T-cell engager designed to direct the immune system to attack cancer cells carrying a protein called PRAME. The study aims to find a safe dose and check whether the drug can shrink tumors.
