Summary

This study tests a special dye called pegsitacianine that makes cancer cells glow during surgery. The goal is to help surgeons see and remove all cancer tissue in people with head and neck cancer, especially when the original tumor location is unknown. About 120 adults will receive one dose of the dye before surgery, and doctors will check how well it works and if it is safe.
