Summary

This study is a survey of 77 adults in Saudi Arabia with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) who are starting a new medication called Cosentyx (secukinumab). The goal is to see how satisfied patients are with the treatment after 24 weeks, focusing on convenience, side effects, effectiveness, and overall quality of life. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their symptoms and daily living. This is an observational study, not a test of whether the drug works.
