Summary
This study tested a new drug called IkT-148009 in 137 adults with Parkinson's disease who were not taking any other Parkinson's medications. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and tolerable, and to measure its effects on movement and daily living symptoms over 12 weeks. Participants took one of three doses or a placebo daily with food.
