Summary
This study tests a new medicine called IKT-001 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious condition that makes it hard to breathe. About 486 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug improves blood flow in the lungs and helps people walk farther.
