Blood test may reveal hidden cancer spread
NCT ID NCT07151807
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether two substances in the blood, IGF-1 and IGF-1Ec, are linked to how much cancer is in the body. Researchers will measure these markers in 100 adults with solid tumors and compare them to tumor size, stage, and spread. The goal is to see if these markers could one day help doctors predict cancer progression without invasive tests.
