First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study measures two substances in the blood, IGF-1 and IGF-1Ec, in 100 adults with solid tumors. Researchers want to see if higher levels of these markers are linked to larger tumors or more advanced cancer. The goal is to learn whether these blood tests could one day help doctors monitor cancer without repeated scans.
