Summary

This study tests whether a THC-based oral medication called IGC-AD1 can safely reduce agitation and aggression in people with mild to severe Alzheimer's dementia. About 164 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo twice daily for several weeks. The goal is to see if the drug improves behavior and eases the burden on caregivers.
