Summary
This study tested a smartphone app called iGAME that uses game-like features to encourage people with low back pain, breast cancer, or depression to be more active and sit less. 48 adults who were sedentary joined the trial. The goal was to see if the app could help them change their lifestyle as part of their ongoing care.
