New pill aims to lower uric acid in patients with kidney trouble

Summary
This study tests a new tablet called IG3018 in 60 adults with high uric acid, some of whom also have chronic kidney disease. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can bring uric acid down to normal levels after 4 weeks. It is an early-stage trial (Phase 1/2) to find the right dose and look for side effects.
