New drug could keep leukemia from returning after transplant

Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called ivosidenib can help prevent acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back after a stem cell transplant. It is for people with a specific IDH1 gene mutation. About 75 participants will receive either ivosidenib or a placebo to see if the drug improves relapse-free survival.
