NCT ID NCT03757221
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two cancer drugs, ixazomib and daratumumab, without using steroids (dexamethasone) in patients aged 65 and older whose multiple myeloma had returned after prior treatment. The goal was to see if this approach could effectively control the disease while avoiding steroid side effects. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
