Massive ICU patient registry aims to map recovery road

Summary
This study created a registry to collect information on over 1,100 patients who spent more than a day in the intensive care unit (ICU). The goal was to track their physical function, quality of life, and other outcomes after leaving the hospital to help improve future patient care. It did not test a new treatment but gathered data to better understand the recovery journey.
