First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a computer program called ICU Cockpit that helps doctors in the intensive care unit keep track of brain injury patients. The software combines data from many monitors and uses predictions to warn staff before a patient's condition gets worse. The study included 90 patients and aimed to see if the software was reliable and easy to use. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
