Summary
This study looks at people with a type of lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to the brain. They are already taking a targeted pill (osimertinib). The researchers want to see if adding a precise, one-time radiation treatment (SRS) after 3 months of the pill is better than just continuing the pill alone. The goal is to keep brain tumors from growing longer and to track how patients feel during treatment.
