Blood test may predict immunotherapy outcomes in aggressive breast cancer

NCT ID NCT05914961

First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether changes in a simple blood marker called CRP can help predict how well immunotherapy works in people with triple-negative breast cancer. Researchers will follow 225 women with early or advanced disease who are receiving standard immunotherapy. The goal is to see if CRP patterns can forecast tumor shrinkage or longer survival, which could guide future treatment decisions.
