Summary
This study tests two special ice creams made with sugar substitutes and fiber against regular ice cream in 100 people with fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes. Over three days, participants eat one ice cream with breakfast each day while their blood sugar is continuously monitored and digestive comfort is tracked. The goal is to see if these ice creams help keep blood sugar steady and are gentle on the stomach.
