Summary

This study tested an internet-based therapy program for adults in Sweden who still felt depressed or anxious after the COVID-19 pandemic ended. 24 participants completed 8 online modules with therapist support over 8 weeks. The goal was to see if this therapy could reduce symptoms compared to a waiting list.
