Summary

This study looks at whether people with different types of bladder pain respond better to different treatments. About 220 adults with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome will receive either pelvic floor physical therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy. The goal is to see if matching treatment to a patient's pain pattern leads to better results.
