New combo tested for relapsed leukemia: does adding rituximab help?

Summary
This study tests whether adding rituximab to ibrutinib works better than ibrutinib alone for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has returned after treatment. About 66 adults with relapsed CLL or related blood cancers will receive either ibrutinib alone or ibrutinib plus rituximab. The goal is to see which approach improves how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
