First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug, ibrutinib, added to standard chemotherapy (FCR) for younger patients with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The goal is to see if this combination can clear all signs of leukemia from the bone marrow (called MRD-negative complete response). About 85 participants will receive the treatment and be followed for up to 2 years after stopping ibrutinib to check for lasting remission.
