Summary

This study tests a drug called IBI363 given before surgery for people with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if the drug helps shrink or eliminate the tumor before the operation. About 10 participants will receive IBI363, and researchers will monitor safety and how well the cancer responds.
