Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IBI3028 in people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand side effects. About 493 adults with certain cancers like colorectal, lung, or pancreatic cancer will take part.
