NCT ID NCT05896228
First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a new combination of four drugs (iberdomide, daratumumab, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone) in 30 people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink the cancer and keep it from coming back. Participants will receive the treatment in cycles, and researchers will measure how many achieve a very deep response (minimal residual disease negativity) after eight cycles.
