Summary
This study tests a second round of ianalumab in 60 adults with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or warm-antibody autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA) who previously responded to the drug. The goal is to see if retreatment can control the disease again after it returns. Participants must have been in earlier ianalumab trials and experienced treatment failure or loss of response.
