Summary
This study looks at whether starting with a parent-only weight loss program, then adding a parent-child program, works better than the parent-child program alone. About 480 rural families with an overweight child (ages 6-11) and a parent with overweight will participate through video calls. The main goal is to see changes in weight for both parents and children.
