First seen Feb 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests two online parenting programs for families of children born very preterm (before 32 weeks). About 90 parents will be assigned to one of three groups: a 7-session program, a microlearning version, or a comparison group with online resources. The goal is to see if these programs improve parenting skills, reduce child behavior problems, and lower parent distress.
