Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app called Brain CareNotes can reduce the stress and burden felt by unpaid caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. The app provides tips and support to help manage difficult behaviors like agitation or confusion. Researchers will enroll 184 caregivers and track their stress levels and the patient's symptoms over 12 months.
