Summary
This study tested whether children and teens with stomach pain or irritable bowel syndrome could benefit from listening to hypnotherapy audio files at home. 32 participants used the recordings to help calm the connection between their brain and gut. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and effective for Swedish families, potentially offering a low-cost, accessible treatment option.
