First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests if listening to a short online hypnosis exercise every day for 6 weeks can improve self-esteem and resilience in children aged 10-11. Researchers will compare a group that starts right away with a group that starts later. They also hope to see if this practice can prevent feelings of depression or anxiety when these children become teenagers. About 345 children from Dutch primary schools will take part.
