First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at whether hypnobreastfeeding education—a mix of hypnosis and breastfeeding teaching—helps first-time mothers have more realistic expectations and feel more confident about breastfeeding. 110 pregnant women took part, with half receiving the special training. The goal was to see if it reduces common breastfeeding myths and improves self-belief.
