Summary
This study tested whether a planned awareness program could improve knowledge about preventing hypertensive crises in people diagnosed with high blood pressure. Thirty-five participants completed the program, and their knowledge was measured before and two weeks after. The goal was to see if education alone can help patients avoid dangerous blood pressure spikes.
