Summary
This study aims to find the best way to invite people with uncontrolled high blood pressure to a counseling session about taking their medication. Researchers will test different combinations of mailed letters and phone calls to see which method gets the most people to schedule and attend a session with a pharmacist. The goal is to learn how to effectively connect patients with support that can help them manage their health.
