First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding radiation to the liver can improve outcomes for people with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a type of bile duct cancer that has spread. About 60 adults with at least one liver tumor 3 cm or larger will receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus liver-directed radiation. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
