Braces under the microscope: do they really restrict spine motion?
NCT ID NCT07170813
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at how two types of hyperextension braces (Jewett and Spinomed) change the way the spine moves and how a person stands. Thirty healthy adults aged 18 to 35 will have their spinal motion and posture measured with and without each brace. The goal is to give doctors and therapists clear information on which brace works best for limiting harmful movements.
