Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called HYP-6589 in people with advanced solid tumors (including a type of lung cancer). The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose of HYP-6589 alone; second, testing it combined with other targeted drugs. About 115 adults with tumors that cannot be removed or have spread will participate. The main goals are to check safety and see if tumors shrink.
