Summary

This study tests whether hyaluronic acid injections work as well as standard steroid shots for mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Sixty adults will receive one type of injection under ultrasound guidance. Researchers will track symptom relief, nerve function, and ultrasound changes over three months to see if the two treatments are equally effective.
