Summary
This study tests whether adding HyalganBio injections to a home exercise program improves shoulder pain and movement in people with shoulder osteoarthritis. About 72 adults aged 45 to 85 with chronic shoulder pain are randomly assigned to get either three weekly injections plus exercise, or exercise alone. Researchers measure shoulder function using the Constant-Murley Score over six months to see if the injection provides extra relief.
