Summary
This study tests a new drug called HY0001a in 261 adults with advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. The study is in two parts: first to check safety and dosing, then to measure how well the drug works.
