New drug duo aims to shrink hard-to-treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs, HX009 and IN10018, with or without standard chemotherapy, in people with advanced solid tumors like bile duct cancer and melanoma that have not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 124 adults aged 18-70 with good performance status are being recruited.
