Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called HWS116 in about 56 adults with advanced solid tumors (like colorectal, gastric, or pancreatic cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and see if it can shrink tumors. This is a Phase I trial, so it's one of the first steps in finding out if the drug might work.
