Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HW091077 in 180 adults with a persistent cough lasting at least a year that hasn't improved with standard treatment. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 4 weeks to see if it reduces coughing and improves quality of life. The goal is to find a safe and effective option for people with hard-to-treat chronic cough.
