New hope for rare leukemia: Triple-Drug combo shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study tests a three-drug combination (homoharringtonine, venetoclax, and azacitidine) in 40 adults newly diagnosed with a rare, aggressive leukemia called mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL). The goal is to see if this treatment can safely achieve complete remission. Participants must be 18 or older and not have received prior anti-leukemia therapy. The trial is currently enrolling by invitation.
