Summary
This study aims to find out how often hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) occurs in children admitted to Assiut University Children's Hospital. Researchers will look at medical records of 50 children under 18 with confirmed HUS to describe their symptoms and lab results. The study does not test a treatment, but will help doctors understand the local impact of this rare kidney condition.
